Locke Park Gala and Classic Car Show

Sunday 9th August 2015 and Jane and I went to one of our local parks in Barnsley and spent an hour or two reminiscing whilst wondering around the Classic Car Show at Locke Park.

The sad part is we are old enough not only to recognise these old cars, but, we actually owned and drove a few of them.

It was a great Sunday afternoon out especially seeing the Morgan +4  a car we always dreamt of owning when we were younger.

if we sold our house in Crete we could afford it. Lovely car.

This Jaguar was probably my favourite car of the show.


This is just a very small selection of the many cars there, I reckon there must have been well over two hundred, most of which I remembered from my early years.
